We partner with organizations, schools, universities, and nonprofits to design transformative experiences that support the growth, well-being, and success of the people they serve.
Our work brings together leadership development, wellness, career readiness, and personal growth to help individuals and teams build self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, lead more authentically, and create healthier, more effective environments.
For organizations and professionals, we provide consulting, leadership development and wellness trainings, workshops, and retreats designed to strengthen teams, support employee growth and engagement, and contribute to organizational sustainability, performance, motivation, and retention.
For first-generation students and students of color, we partner with schools, colleges, universities, and nonprofits to create customized workshops, retreats, career readiness experiences, and social-emotional learning programs that support students as they navigate identity, confidence, leadership, belonging, career pathways, and their vision for the future.
Every partnership is customized to the needs of the community we’re serving. Whether we’re supporting a leadership team, developing a student experience, or creating an immersive retreat, our goal is to create meaningful spaces where people can reflect, grow, connect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Partner Love
"I had the pleasure of partnering with Truly You from 2019-2020. Dilim and Dipa facilitated a program to support our international graduate student community. Specifically, they curated workshops on academic challenges such as but not limited to; social isolation, cultural adjustment and communication difficulties. Additionally, they led two virtual sessions for women of color focused on anxiety in times of uncertainty and navigating the workplace. Dilim and Dipas' investment into our partnership were evident by the positive reviews we received from students such as, but not limited to: increase in self-confidence, public speaking, and investment into community engagement. Students expressed strong satisfaction of both facilitators' warm and individualized approach to supporting each student's needs."
