About Us

Our Mission & Vision

Truly You LLC is a transformative coaching and consulting firm dedicated to empowering individuals to conquer their fears and lead authentic lives in alignment with their soul's purpose. Our primary objective is to guide clients through the internal process of dismantling limiting beliefs that hinder transformation. Specializing in empowering women of color, daughters of immigrants, and students of color, we offer tailored coaching programs, on-demand courses, immersive retreats, and live workshops.

Our services are anchored in profound self-reflection and healing, facilitating a shift in limiting beliefs, the unlearning of dysfunctional patterns, and the realization of one's dream life. Additionally, we collaborate with organizations to develop leadership development & wellness training programs that empower our target audience to lead authentically, confidently, and fearlessly.

We envision a world where individuals realize their dreams, break through barriers, and lead fulfilling and authentic lives. We also envision a world where daughters of immigrants and women of color break through barriers and achieve personal and professional excellence.

However, Truly You doesn’t just exist to help individuals heal, grow and elevate; this work has a generational impact as it will heal generations to come. Truly You is our collective fight back to reclaim our true and authentic selves so we can all rise, be free and elevate to our highest potential.

Our Story

We are first-generation daughters of immigrants who have embarked on the transformative journey of discovering our passions and purpose by navigating the complexities of bicultural identities. Our paths have been marked by challenges. We’ve straddled between living our dreams while also navigating our immigrant parent’s expectations of us.

We intimately understand the struggle of feeling lost, torn between the desire to fulfill our parents' expectations and breaking free from society's predetermined roles for us. The dissonance of not fully fitting into either culture led us to inner conflict, where we grappled with finding our voices and making authentic decisions. Even when we did the work, we found childhood limiting beliefs lingering, imposing boundaries on our aspirations.

We always knew there was something bigger for us. So we did the inner work to learn about who we were as humans. We learned about our values, strengths, and motivations. We dug deep to understand the limiting beliefs that were holding us back - sometimes beliefs that were passed down to us from our families. We unlearned and relearned new beliefs. We healed from passed-down traumas. By doing this work, we grew our confidence and forged our paths, creating a new adventure that felt true to who we were.

This is how Truly You was born - out of our own struggles to find ourselves. We learned that real transformation starts with a strong mindset and unpacking fears. Now, we want to help other women of color, daughters of immigrants and students of color embark on their own journeys to break the cycles in their families and live fearlessly.

Our business is not just about empowerment. Ultimately, it’s about healing. We hope that by working with like-minded women, we are not only making an impact on their lives but the generations to come.

If you feel like you have a bigger calling, we are ready to help you embark on your unique journey to bring you home to yourself and help you discover what’s waiting for you on the other side of fear.
